Job summary

Shangri-La Group in Hong Kong seeks a Valet Coordinator for the Laundry/Housekeeping operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient guest experience. You will assist daily laundry activities, coordinate requests, and uphold service standards across the department.

The role requires at least 1 year of hotel laundry experience, familiarity with clothing labels, and strong computer and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in hotel Laundry.
• Good knowledge of clothing labels and laundry procedures.
• Good computer and customer service skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming guest calls regarding laundry inquiries and service requests.
• Collect and inspect guest laundry items, reporting any damage upon collection.
• Record laundry orders and item quantities accurately in the system.
• Sort laundry items by material and colour for proper processing.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
