Job summary

Cordis Hong Kong is seeking a Supervisor – Engineering to manage the daily operation and maintenance of hotel HVAC systems. You will oversee central plant facilities and lead a team of technicians to ensure machines run efficiently and guest comfort remains high.

Required are a valid EMSD REW license (A or above), a diploma or higher in Building Service, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hotel or luxury property.

Qualifications

• REW license (Grade A or above) issued by EMSD
• Diploma or above in Building Service, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory-level experience in engineering or facilities maintenance
• Experience in hotel, luxury residential complex or commercial property preferred
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for Senior Technician or Foreman

Responsibilities

• Daily operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, with regular inspections
• Oversee facilities and ensure efficient machinery operation with minimal downtime
• Lead and supervise technician team to maintain high guest experience standards
