Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong invites highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our sales team. You will act as an ambassador for the hotel sector, pursue new business opportunities, and engage with decision-makers at target accounts.

Major responsibilities include maintaining relationships with key clients, coordinating sales calls and networking events, negotiating rates, and analyzing market trends to shape strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of Sales management experience.
• Professional with strong understanding of global markets and business acumen.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese.
• Excellent communication and customer contact skills.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
• Results and service oriented with an eye for details.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong profile as an effective ambassador of the Hotel in the business sector.
• Establish and maintain a consistent schedule of sales calls, entertainment, and networking events to engage with decision-makers at target accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
• Engage with new, existing, and prospective customers by aligning with the sales strategy objectives, negotiating optimal rates and volumes, and maintaining repeat business.
• Conduct market research and analysis. Track competitors activities and client developments, and provide strategic recommendations accordingly
