Job summary

Aurecon is seeking a Civil/Geotechnical professional to join our Hong Kong Buildings team, helping bring complex ideas to life on schools, data centres, casinos and government projects.

You will contribute to site safety, technical coordination and contract management, with opportunities to work across geographies and markets. English and Chinese proficiency are required; local experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical disciplines.
• Geotechnical top-up course would be an advantage.
• Certified Worker for Confined Space is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years TCP-T3 in Civil/Structural/Geotechnical, with at least 1 year local experience.
• TCP-T3 in RSE and/or RGE stream.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Carry out quality supervision and site safety supervision of Civil/Structural/Geotechnical works (including substructures, superstructures, temporary works and testing/commissioning).
• Assist Structural Engineers to resolve conflicts among drawings.
• Ensure works comply with Buildings Ordinance, Building Authority plans and contract specs.
• Monitor the work progress on site.
• Prepare reports and keep records of works carried out.
• Perform other duties on contract management as designated.
