Morgan McKinley Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an analytical Senior Officer/Officer to support the High Net Worth (HNW) Business. You will manage data analytics, reporting, and document workflows with bank partners, enabling growth in HNW policies and premium financing processes.

You will build dashboards and presentations, coordinate cross‑departmental work, and contribute to complex case management and product illustrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, financial services or business support functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, Data Analysis).
• Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard setup and reporting.
• Strong PowerPoint skills for professional presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regular business performance reports, campaign tracking and executive dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze sales data, market trends and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
• Ensure high data accuracy and timely management reports to stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage document exchange with premium financing banking partners.
• Review and process financing documentation (NOA, ANOA and related forms).
• Liaise between internal departments, bank partners and distribution channels for processing & follow-up.
• Conduct pre-case assessments and manage end-to-end HNW case coordination & tracking.
• Generate policy illustrations and benefit proposals using life insurance product knowledge.
• Develop expertise in HNW insurance structures, underwriting requirements and premium financing.
