IPS Group (Asia) Limited in Hong Kong Island seeks an Assistant Manager, Sales Support to coordinate end-to-end case management for High Net Worth clients. You will act as the operational contact for complex submissions, renewals, endorsements, and claim coordination while supporting the sales team on business-building initiatives.

The role requires 2–5 years in insurance broker operations or client services, strong insurance document knowledge, and fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance broker operations, case management, or client services.
• Strong knowledge of insurance documentation and submission workflows.
• Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end case management and operational workflows for HNW clients.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for complex submissions, policy servicing requests, renewals, endorsements, and claim coordination.
• Liaise with the sales team to support business-building initiatives.
• Review and pre-assess new life insurance applications.
• Provide administrative support, prepare application packages, submit to underwriters and track status.
• Assist in arranging medical examinations and related tests.
• Act as liaison between insurance companies and private banking clients.
• Support compliance, AML and due-diligence across new business applications.
• Review case management manuals and workflows to streamline procedures and boost productivity.
• Use data analytics to monitor performance and provide insights for management.
