Hong Kong & Kowloon Ferry Holdings Limited is seeking a Senior Officer/Officer for the High Net Worth (HNW) Business. The role emphasizes operational analytics, premium financing administration, and end-to-end case management in a dynamic insurance environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong skills in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or business support functions.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookup), Power BI for dashboards, and strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare regular business performance reports, campaign tracking, and executive dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
• Coordinate and manage document exchange with premium financing banking partners and review financing documents (NOA, ANOA).
• Conduct end-to-end HNW case coordination and develop policy illustrations and premium financing knowledge.
