Job summary

bilibili Group is seeking a dynamic Content & Community Operations professional to enhance campaigns across Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. You will build and manage local channels like Instagram and Threads, plan integrated online/offline initiatives, and collaborate with Creator Growth teams to connect creators, content, livestreams, events and communities.

Responsibilities include end-to-end event execution, partner coordination and post-event amplification, with a focus on growing UGC, views

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content, community, event or platform operations.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong and/or Taiwan digital culture, especially ACG, gaming and youth communities.
• Proven experience managing online campaigns and offline activations.
• Strong execution and cross-functional project management skills.
• Strong understanding of creator/content ecosystems and community growth.
• Experience with Bilibili, YouTube, Instagram, Threads or similar content platforms is preferred.

• Build repeatable growth playbooks and showcase cases based on campaign and community performance.

Requirements:
