Maven is seeking a Portfolio Manager to join its Hong Kong based investment team. The role focuses on constructing and managing a fundamentally driven, market-neutral portfolio of equities to deliver consistent absolute returns.

Candidates should bring a deep fundamental understanding, original idea generation and the ability to engage with management and market sources. The successful candidate will manage the full portfolio and risk across all lines, bringing a robust, repeatable investment

Competenze

• 2+ years as Portfolio Manager or 5+ years as an Investment Analyst / Assistant PM
• Proven track record that can be shared and verified
• A clearly defined, robust and repeatable investment process
• Strong research acumen
• Ability to construct a market-neutral portfolio and effectively manage volatility
• Deep understanding of trading Asian equity markets and the stocks they cover
• A high-level of attention-to-detail
• Perform well in high pressure situations
• Be able and willing to integrate into the broader team of Portfolio Managers
