Job summary

DRW is seeking a Compliance Manager for its Hong Kong office to join a global compliance team. You will ensure adherence to SFC and HKEX regulations, monitor financial market developments, and educate colleagues on changes to policies.

The ideal candidate has a degree in finance and 5 to 7 years of experience in the financial sector, strong knowledge of HK regulations, and effective communication skills. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry in HK.
• Experience in compliance department or with SFC.
• Deep knowledge of securities and futures regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SFC and HKEX rules and regulations.
• Monitor regulatory developments in HK and China Connect markets.
• Review new rules and update firm policies.
