Job summary

ACCA Careers is seeking a seasoned Analytics Lead to drive end-to-end healthcare analytics solutions and client engagements across Asia. You will translate business challenges into actionable use cases, analyse healthcare and claims data, and build dashboards to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in healthcare analytics, data science, health tech, consulting, or related field.
• Proven analytics delivery in complex healthcare or insurance environments.
• Fluent English; Cantonese would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

What you'll need to succeed

• 7-10 years of experience in healthcare analytics, data science, health technology, consulting, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering analytics solutions in complex healthcare or insurance environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, technology, and data functions.
• Understanding of healthcare, medical claims, health insurance, population health, or health economics is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning, predictive analytics, or advanced analytical methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced qualifications in Analytics, Data Science, Public Health, Health Economics, Business, or a related discipline are preferred.
• Fluent English communication skills; Cantonese would be an advantage.
