Job summary

All Star Agency is seeking a Head of Corporate Banking to lead a sizeable Relationship Management team across Hong Kong and PRC clients. You will drive business development, oversee credit processes, and promote a full suite of banking products while ensuring profitability and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate holds a business/finance/economics degree and has 18+ years of commercial banking experience in HK/PRC markets with strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a large department of Relationship Managers to originate new business opportunities and expand coverage across Hong Kong and PRC Corporate Banking clients.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote a comprehensive range of banking products, including bilateral and syndicated loans, trade finance, deposits, cash management, and credit solutions.
• Oversee credit applications while closely monitoring client profitability in line with regulatory and liquidity requirements.
• Track team performance against business targets and formulate strategic initiatives to strengthen portfolio growth and deal pipeline.
• Ensure all sales processes and activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
