Job summary

Cobo Hong Kong is seeking a senior operations leader to shape and run the regulatory-ready operating foundation for its SFC MIC – Operational Control and Review function. You will ensure robust governance, client asset protection, and scalable processes as the business grows in a regulated environment.

Lead end-to-end custody and operational controls, oversee vendor governance, and drive incident response, business continuity, and regulatory readiness in collaboration with Product, Engineering,

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated financial environment and leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of SFC MIC regime and AML/CFT.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational governance and controls for HK regulated business.
• Own licensing readiness, inspections, and regulatory engagements.
• Manage policies, procedures, control docs, and management reporting.
• Oversee client asset safeguarding, wallet ops, and reconciliation.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Technology, Operations
