SDIC Securities Wealth Management (Hong Kong) Limtied in Hong Kong is seeking an OTC Derivatives Trader (Structured Products & TRS) to quote and execute structured product trades with clients and counterparties, and to structure back-to-back TRS contracts with disciplined risk control.

You will analyze market dynamics, optimize pricing, and configure trading systems for smooth daily operations while coordinating with Risk Management and Compliance. English and Chinese fluency are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in structured products, equity derivatives or OTC trading.
• Strong knowledge of TRS, ISDA documentation, and OTC product lifecycle.
• Proficient in using analytical tools including Bloomberg, Python, VBA, and SQL.
• High ethical standards, excellent communication skills, execution and teamwork capabilities.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).

Aufgaben

• Quote and execute structured products, TRS and other OTC derivative trades with clients and counterparties.
• Structure back to back TRS contracts, managing spreads to capture service premium.
• Compile statistics and analyze ongoing business operations; assess market supply and demand dynamics, and participate in pricing optimization strategies.
• Perform daily configurations of trading systems to maintain smooth operation and develop new trading channels.
• Formulate risk disposal plans in the event of risk incidents and address abnormal trading activities during daily processes.
• Conduct periodic stress testing and risk assessments in coordination with Risk Management and Compliance.
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.
