Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of IT will provide strategic and operational leadership for the company's technology function. Leading a small team, you will own the end-to-end IT strategy, roadmap, AI Adoption, systems landscape and service delivery across the business. This is a broad leadership role spanning enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, digitalisation and vendor management. You will ensure that technology investment is closely aligned to commercial and operational priorities, building the systems, processes and governance needed to support a growing, globally connected manufacturing organisation. You will set and execute the IT strategy and multi-year roadmap, ensuring technology priorities support business growth, operational efficiency and scalability. Drive digital transformation across all business units, operations, including technical data analytics, information management, process automation and continuous improvement. Lead, develop and motivate the IT team, while acting as a trusted technology partner to senior leadership and business stakeholders across operations, finance, supply chain and IT Operations.
