• Oversee financial control and reporting functions of the Group, ensuring reliability of financial and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of financial information to the Board committees, management and regulators.
• Assess, implement and enhance accounting systems and policies; drive process improvements.
• Lead financial audit activities and liaise with external auditors.
• Evaluate tax position and tax efficiency with timely reporting to authorities.
• Lead the team to meet sustainability development goals of the Group.
