Job summary

Dah Chong Hong, Ltd, a diversified conglomerate, invites seasoned finance leaders to drive transformation across Group Finance. You will architect the Hong Kong Shared Services Center, align cross-border processes with ERP systems, and lead digital finance initiatives including RPA and analytics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline with professional qualification
  • Extensive experience leading Finance Shared Services, Finance Transformation, Digital Finance, or ERP transformation initiatives in a multinational environment
  • Strong expertise in finance process re-engineering, ERP implementation, automation, and shared services operations
  • Proven track record in driving finance-business integration and managing complex cross-border operations
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project leadership, and change management capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the capability to interact with and influence at all levels across different business units and corporate functions
  • Ability to deal with multiple issues simultaneously and creativity in problem solving
  • Mature, proactive, organized, self-motivated, attentive to details while able to see the big picture
  • Good command of Chinese and English with capability to lead discussion with and present to senior management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Group's finance transformation and shared services strategy
  • Lead the setup and ongoing development of the Hong Kong Finance Shared Services Center
  • Partner with business units to align operational and financial processes across ERP systems
  • Drive digitalization initiatives leveraging ERP, RPA, workflow automation, and data analytics
  • Redesign and optimize end-to-end finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Credit, Collections, and Fixed Assets
  • Establish and strengthen internal control frameworks, governance standards, and compliance across jurisdictions
  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks in cross-border activities
  • Collaborate with Shenzhen Finance Shared Services to improve operational effectiveness
  • Lead regional finance transformation projects and foster continuous improvement

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Group's finance transformation and shared services strategy, establishing an integrated finance and business systems architecture
  • Lead the setup and ongoing development of the Hong Kong Finance Shared Services Center, driving cross-border system integration and process standardization across regional operations
  • Partner with business units to align operational and financial processes, ensuring seamless integration between business platforms and ERP systems
  • Drive digitalization initiatives leveraging ERP, RPA, workflow automation, and data analytics to enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery
  • Redesign and optimize end-to-end finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Collections, and Fixed Assets
  • Establish and strengthen internal control frameworks, governance standards, and compliance processes across multiple jurisdictions, currencies, and tax regimes
  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks associated with cross-border business activities
  • Collaborate closely with the Shenzhen Finance Shared Services team, utilizing technology and workflow optimization to improve operational effectiveness and workforce productivity
  • Lead regional finance transformation projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence
Requirements
  • 10+ years of finance, digital finance or finance transformation leadership experience gained in large organizations and ideally working experience at a Big Four firm
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline with professional qualification
  • Extensive experience leading Finance Shared Services, Finance Transformation, Digital Finance, or ERP transformation initiatives in a multinational environment
  • Strong expertise in finance process re-engineering, ERP implementation, automation, and shared services operations
  • Proven track record in driving finance-business integration and managing complex cross-border operations
  • Excellent stakeholder management, project leadership, and change management capabilities
