Job summary

ACCA Careers partners with a leading multinational insurance organisation investing in data, analytics, and AI to shape customer experience and digital products. You will define what data to capture across web, mobile, CRM, policy systems, and campaigns, and specify events, attributes, and context for downstream analytics.

You’ll own the event taxonomy and data collection standards, guide IT and engineering for instrumentation, and build an AI roadmap to improve productivity and scalability.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in computer science, data science, analytics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in advanced analytics, product or platform development, customer or marketing analytics, or related roles within large, complex organisations.
• Proficiency in AI tools and demonstrated ability to pioneer practical AI applications across business scenarios.
• Strong experience leading or orchestrating large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, with proven ability to provide thought leadership on customer journeys and support strategy definition.
• Strong business acumen with strategic, analytical thinking to translate insights into pragmatic execution frameworks.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with comfort operating without direct authority.
• High integrity, sound judgement, and strong risk awareness, balancing governance with agility.

Responsibilities

• Define data needs across digital and customer touchpoints and specify events, attributes, and context for downstream analytics.
• Own the event taxonomy and data collection standards; document requirements for IT and engineering instrumentation.
• Define how AI can support campaign design, reporting, and analytics automation.
• Build and maintain a roadmap for AI adoption across priority business areas; introduce AI-enabled ways of working.
• Partner with business teams to upskill users in AI capabilities and deliver practical use cases.
