Job summary

Michael Page (Hong Kong) is partnering with a leading offline media platform to recruit a high-impact Business Development professional. You will lead strategies to expand advertising networks across residential and commercial properties, build relationships with developers and property managers, and drive revenue growth in a fast-paced HK market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, partnership management, media, advertising, property, or related industries.
• Proven track record securing new business opportunities and managing strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong property market and stakeholder landscape.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong business acumen with ability to identify growth opportunities and drive results.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand advertising media networks across residential properties, commercial buildings, shopping malls, and hospitality venues.
• Identify and secure new advertising locations while expanding the organization's media footprint and market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, property management companies, owners' corporations, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations, manage contracts, and establish strategic partnership agreements to drive business growth.
• Explore new market opportunities and develop initiatives to increase revenue and enhance competitive positioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and long-term partnership management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and business risks.
• Lead and support business development initiatives to achieve expansion and revenue objectives.
