Clouds Shore Limited in Hong Kong seeks a data analytics leader to establish the framework for business, transaction, user behavior, and risk control data; you will design a core data indicator system covering growth, transaction quality, risk alerts, anomalies, and efficiency.

You will implement data pipelines with the tech team, develop dashboards and reports for daily, weekly, and alert needs, and oversee the Data Team from recruitment to supervision.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience in big data analysis, data-driven risk control, transaction analysis, or growth analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL for extraction, cleaning, analysis, and modeling.
• Familiarity with the development of data warehouses, data metric frameworks, BI dashboards, and real-time monitoring systems.
• Experience in payments, finance, transactions, digital wallets, cross-border business, or risk control systems preferred.
• Ability to identify business issues through data analysis and drive collaborative solutions across business, technical, and risk control teams.
• Experience in team management and the ability to build data analysis and risk control analysis frameworks from scratch (0 to 1).
• Familiarity with Python, Spark, Flink, Hive, Kafka is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in both Mandarin and Cantonese.

Responsabilités

• Establish the analysis framework for business, transaction, user behavior, and risk control data.
• Build a core data indicator system covering growth, transaction quality, risk alerts, anomalous behavior, and operational efficiency.
• Design and optimize big data analysis models, risk identification rules, and anomaly detection logic.
• Develop data dashboards and reports (daily, weekly, and alert) for management and business teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement the data pipeline (collection, cleaning, storage, processing, analysis).
• Identify business risks, such as anomalous transactions, accounts, access patterns, and fund flows.
• Oversee recruitment and supervision of the Data Team.
