Mise En Place Talent Limited is partnering with a leading restaurant group to recruit a Head Chef for a new, Michelin-star level kitchen housed in a historic landmark in the heart of Hong Kong.

You will lead a talented team, develop menus true to the cuisine, mentor staff, and work with the Group Executive Chef to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth, profitable daily operation. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Indian cuisines within reputable or Michelin-starred restaurants.
• Ability to lead, mentor and inspire a kitchen team.
• Strong cost control and profitability mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attracting, recruiting, and hiring top culinary talent.
• Cultivating a positive, productive work environment.
• Collaborating with the Group Executive Chef on menu development.
• Training the team on recipes and dish execution.
