Job summary

Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong is seeking a Waiter/Waitress for Cafe Causette within the Food & Beverage Service team. You will deliver friendly, attentive service in a luxury setting under the Restaurant Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, is passionate about exceptional F&B service, and speaks Cantonese and English (Mandarin is an advantage). The role offers development opportunities and staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Passionate about delivering an exceptional F&B service.
• Pleasant, service-oriented, a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English. Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and deliver food & beverage items according to hotel’s standards and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining smooth operation of assigned section.
• Monitor back of house and run food between kitchen and dining area.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by being attentive to guests’ needs and responding timely throughout the dining experience.
