Lendingpot is expanding its Hong Kong presence. We seek a Growth Manager to localize offerings, form lender partnerships, and build scalable operations in a startup-friendly environment.

You will drive market entry, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish processes to support both borrowers and lenders in a regulated market. Cantonese and English fluency are essential, with a proven track record in fintech growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in moneylending or market expansion roles.
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong financial and lending landscape.
• Experience launching new products or markets is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Adapt Lendingpot’s product offering and communication to suit the Hong Kong market.
• Localize onboarding flows, content, and pricing strategies.
• Identify, engage, and onboard licensed lenders and financial partners.
• Build relationships with partners for long-term success.
• Launch Lendingpot HK in collaboration with Singapore teams and various departments.
• Execute growth strategies to acquire borrowers and lenders.
• Coordinate setup of customer service and operational workflows.
• Implement efficient processes to manage borrower enquiries and partner support.
• Monitor regulatory landscape and market feedback.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership to shape strategy.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Manager to lead Lendingpot’s expansion into Hong Kong. You’ll drive market localisation, build key lender partnerships, and lay the foundation for service operations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment and wants to make a measurable impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt Lendingpot’s product offering and communication to suit the Hong Kong market
• Work with the product and marketing teams to localize onboarding flows, content, and pricing strategies
• Identify, engage, and onboard licensed lenders and financial partners
• Build strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment and long-term success
• Launch Lendingpot HK in collaboration across various team members in Singapore such as Technology, Marketing, etc.
• Execute growth strategies to acquire both borrowers and lenders
• Coordinate the setup of customer service and operational workflows, possibly via support teams in Malaysia
• Implement efficient processes to manage borrower enquiries and partner support
• Monitor competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and market feedback
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership to shape strategy and priorities

Requirements

• 5 years or more experience in moneylending, business development, partnerships, fintech, or market expansion roles
• Strong understanding of the Hong Kong financial and lending landscape for Individuals and/or SMEs
• Experience launching new products or markets is a plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work independently and execute with limited resources
• Cantonese and English proficiency is required
