Job summary

Hongkong Land Holdings Limited seeks a senior Health & Safety leader to design and execute the Group-wide strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives across the organisation. You will drive audits, KPI reporting, ESG data integrity, and oversee enterprise reporting platforms.

You will lead incident investigations, enable robust remediation, and partner with Legal, Risk, and Sustainability to ensure alignment across multi-site real estate operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science or related discipline.
• Professional certifications (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) or equivalent is an advantage.
• 10+ years of progressive Health & Safety experience in listed multi-national real estate organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety management systems, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Experience driving transformation, audit and assurance programmes, improving safety performance.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Design, shape and execute the Group-wide Health & Safety strategy, governance frameworks and transformation initiatives across the organisation.
• Lead independent Group-level audits and compliance programmes, reporting material risks to senior leadership.
• Manage KPI frameworks and reporting cycles, ensuring data accuracy for ESG disclosures.
• Maintain oversight of Group-wide Health & Safety reporting platforms and digital solutions.
• Track and ensure incident investigations, root cause analysis and robust remediation actions.
• Partner with Portfolio Health & Safety Leads and internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Sustainability) for alignment and execution.
