Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is seeking an ambitious analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery for Web & Mobile apps.

You will translate user requirements into specs, coordinate with product, engineering and QA, and drive UAT, training, and performance analysis while gaining hands-on experience across the product lifecycle.

Ideal candidates hold a statistics/mathematics/business analysis degree and have about one year of related experience; BI tools like Tableau are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in digital product, system implementation, PM or BA roles.
• University graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analysis.
• Exposure to logistics or shipping is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define business requirements into technical specs for Web & Mobile App platforms.
• Align key stakeholders and Tech teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead UAT testing, documentation, training and platform performance analysis.
• Research, analysis and insight generation.
• Bridge communication between users and developers.
