Referment is working with a global private banking and asset management group to recruit a Marketing and Communications Manager for its Greater China business on a six-month fixed-term contract. The role sits within the regional Asia marketing and communications team and supports activity across Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan and mainland China, with additional coordination for the wider region.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in marketing and communications, ideally in financial services or luxury sectors.
• Experience running client events and campaigns for Greater China.
• Experience managing external agencies (digital, social, PR) and QC output.
• Strong editorial judgement in English and Chinese (Simplified/Traditional).

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver client events across Greater China including venue, guests, on-site delivery and post-event reporting.
• Produce on-brand marketing materials and translations (Traditional and Simplified Chinese).
• Oversee social media calendar for Greater China; draft English-language content for senior management (LinkedIn).
• Support PR agency activities: edit press releases, prepare materials, assist at press conferences.
• Draft and distribute regional internal communications and manage budget tracking and invoicing.
