VMSD-Hong-Kong-Pte-Limited is seeking a creative Graphic / Event Designer to join our team in Hong Kong. You will work on brand events, retail activations, and promotional materials, bringing ideas to life across physical spaces and digital platforms from concept to final execution.

You should have a diploma in graphic/event design, at least 2 years of related experience, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

• A degree, diploma or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Event Design or a related discipline.
• Preferably at least 2 years of experience in graphic or event design, ideally within the events, retail or marketing industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Knowledge of video editing and/or 3D modelling and rendering is an advantage.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, layout, typography and detail.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Self-motivated, responsible and eager to learn.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Create and adapt campaign visuals across print (85%) and digital channels (15%), including lightboxes, point-of-sale materials (POSM), social media content and app banners.
• Prepare event and display materials, including layouts, floor plans, visual mock-ups and presentation decks.
• Produce artwork, technical drawings and production-ready files with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Work closely with internal teams and production partners to ensure designs meet brand requirements and are delivered on time.
• Manage multiple design tasks while maintaining quality within project deadlines.

About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and passionate Graphic / Event Designer to join our team.

At VMSD, you’ll work on a diverse range of projects, from premium brand events and retail activations to festive store decorations and marketing collateral. This is an opportunity to bring ideas to life across both physical spaces and digital platforms, working closely with our creative and project teams from concept development through to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for brand events, retail campaigns, festive decorations and promotional activities.

• Create and adapt campaign visuals across print (85%) and digital channels (15%), including lightboxes, point-of-sale materials (POSM), social media content and app banners.

About You
