Jordache International (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking multiple Graphic Designers to join its expanding fashion design team. We welcome candidates from 2–3 years up to Senior level, with a strong eye for fashion, typography, color, and illustration.

You will contribute to Women’s, Men’s, and Children’s divisions and collaborate with US teams. Responsibilities include creating apparel graphics, taking artwork from concept to sampling, and delivering production-ready files across multiple

About the role

We are expanding our creative team in Hong Kong and are looking for multiple Graphic Designers to join our growing fashion design organization. We are open to candidates across different levels of experience, from 2–3 years through Senior Graphic Designer level with a strong understanding of fashion, trends, typography, illustration, color, with opportunities to work across multiple fashion divisions including Women's, Men's, and Children's. We are looking for creative, fashion-focused designers who can develop strong, commercially relevant graphics while working closely with our US-based Design teams. Depending on experience and background, designers may focus on different divisions, brands, product categories, or graphic disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Create apparel graphics including T-shirt graphics, prints, typography, illustrations, logos, badges, patches, labels, placements, and all-over prints.
• Develop original graphic concepts and artwork for seasonal collections across Women's, Men's, and Children's divisions.
• Take artwork from initial concept through sampling and final production.
• Prepare accurate production-ready files with correct scale, placement, color, separation, and technical specifications. Understand apparel techniques including screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, appliqué, patches, washes, and special effects.
• Translate seasonal trends, inspiration, mood boards, and brand direction into fresh and commercially relevant graphics.
• Work closely with US-based Design/ Creative teams. Interpret US Creative direction.
• Incorporate feedback from international teams and manage revisions effectively.
• Communicate clearly across different teams, cultures, and time zones.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, divisions, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of graphic design experience or above, preferably within fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or a related creative industry.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating fashion graphics, apparel artwork, typography, illustration, print, and graphic development.
• Experience designing for multiple product categories or customer groups is preferred.
• Experience with the US fashion/apparel market is highly preferred.
• Experience working with US-based teams or international counterparts is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; InDesign and AI is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, scale, and placement.
• Ability to develop both creative/conceptual and commercially viable artwork.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create production-ready files.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• English Required. Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.
