Job summary

Vanta Creative in Hong Kong is seeking a freelance or part-time graphic designer to join on an ongoing basis, supporting a growing pipeline of print and digital marketing work across multiple formats.

You will work mainly remotely with flexible hours, collaborating directly with our Creative Director for briefs and feedback, delivering print-ready artwork and campaigns on tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of graphic design experience (freelancer or agency).
• Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus.
• Portfolio showing print and social media work; publication experience is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge of print production and preparing artwork for large-format printing.
• Chinese speaking and reading is a plus.
• Organised, reliable with deadlines and able to juggle multiple projects.
• Flexible availability, workload varies by project.
• Based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Create original designs and adapt them across formats and sizes.
• Work within existing brand guidelines, keeping consistency across large volumes of work.
• Lay out bilingual English and Chinese content.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with correct bleed, colour profiles, and file specs for print suppliers.
• Use AI tools to work efficiently, from image editing and resizing to speeding up repetitive production tasks.
• Work closely with our Creative Director and team, taking briefs and feedback and turning around revisions quickly.
• Keep files clearly organised in shared folders and meet set turnaround times.

About Vanta Creative

Vanta Creative is a Hong Kong based creative agency that helps organisations grow and connect with their audiences through websites, brand strategy and visual identity, and the design and digital marketing that brings it all together.

We're looking for a freelance or part-time graphic designer to join us on an ongoing basis, supporting a growing pipeline of print and digital marketing work. Immediate start preferred.

What you'll be working on

• Print marketing campaigns: posters, large-format banners, and pull-up banners, adapted across multiple sizes.
• Social media content: carousels and static posts, including monthly content.
• Yearbooks and publications: large multi-page publications built from templated layouts, including covers, photo-heavy gallery spreads, and profile pages.
• Email marketing: campaign emails (eDMs) built in Mailchimp.
• Other projects as they come in: presentations, brochures, name cards, and other brand and marketing collateral.

• Solid knowledge of print production and preparing artwork for large-format printing.
• Chinese speaking and reading is a plus.
• Mailchimp or email design experience is a bonus.
• Organised, reliable with deadlines, and comfortable working on several projects at once.
• Flexible availability, as workload varies by project.
• Based in Hong Kong.
