The American Club is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to elevate communications through visually engaging concepts for members across marketing, internal communications, and promotional materials.
You will design print and digital collateral, manage CMS assets, and collaborate with departments and external vendors to produce compelling promotional visuals for events and programs.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creatively enhancing communications within the Club through visual concepts and engaging designs. This role aims through the Club’s graphic design, to inspire, inform and captivate members across all marketing, internal communications, and promotional materials.
Conceptualize, design, and produce print and digital collateral—including advertisements, brochures, flyers, e-banners, weekly/monthly Digital News, event backdrops, tent cards, and seasonal e-cards)—in adherence to Club brand guidelines
Update and manage assets on the Content Management Systems (CMS) to deliver a seamless, creative visual experiences for members
Collaborate with various internal departments to design effective promotional materials for their events, programs, and activities, that includes working with external vendors for artwork productions
Responsible for the Club’s Camera for internal photography and at ad-hoc Club events. Ensure the camera is stored safely and photos are appropriately catalogued in the Club’s Image Library
Process, execute, and track Marketing Request Forms (MRF), assist with general department administration and filing of graphic files for future reference
Higher Diploma or above in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline
A minimum of 3 years' relevant hands-on experience in graphic design and print/digital production for advertising, marketing, and communications collaterals
Fluent English (written/verbal) is a must; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) & Microsoft M365 applications (Word, Outlook, and SharePoint)
Strong creative flair with the ability to conceptualize innovative design ideas
Meticulous attention to detail while maintaining high creative standards
Excellent organizational, multitasking, proactive, self-motivated and time-management skills to meet tight project deadlines with a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse internal departments
Confident in presenting ideas, offering constructive suggestions, and voicing creative solutions
