Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies in Hong Kong is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to develop visually striking assets for integrated campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, and in-store channels. You will collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign goals into compelling visuals that reinforce the brand and engage customers.

The role requires a diploma or degree in graphic design, at least two years of experience, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with motion

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably retail or marketing.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; video tools are a plus.
• Experience designing for print and digital media.
• Knowledge of photography, videography, motion graphics or UI/UX is advantageous.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and branding.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and in-store media. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visuals that strengthen Gain City's brand presence, drive customer engagement, and support promotional campaigns.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Design and produce creative assets for integrated marketing campaigns across print, digital, outdoor, social media, e-commerce, and in-store channels.

• Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, flyers, posters, catalogues, billboards, banners, digital display ads, EDMs, POSM, and event materials.

• Create engaging visual content for social media platforms, websites, digital advertising, and promotional campaigns.

• Ensure all artwork is aligned with Gain City's brand guidelines and maintains consistency across all touchpoints.

• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualise creative ideas and translate campaign objectives into impactful visual designs.

• Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets while ensuring quality and accuracy.

• Support the design and production of retail displays, exhibition booths, roadshows, and store launch materials.

• Edit photos and videos, including basic motion graphics and animations, for digital marketing campaigns.

• Liaise with external vendors, printers, production houses, and agencies to ensure timely and quality delivery of marketing materials.

• Keep up to date with design trends, consumer preferences, and industry best practices.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in retail, advertising, or marketing.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is an advantage.

• Experience designing for both traditional and digital media, including print production and social media.

• Knowledge of photography, videography, motion graphics, or UI/UX design is an added advantage.

• Strong creative flair with an eye for typography, layout, colour, and branding.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Self-motivated, organised, adaptable, and able to work independently.
