Job summary

Summary

Position Overview At Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, we connect savvy travelers to the beating heart of the city. We are seeking a passionate, brand-led Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic and creative Marketing team. In this role, you will be the visual guardian of our hotel and individual outlet brands. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing Communications team to translate commercial goals and guest experiences into striking, unified visual content. If you are a visual storyteller who balances design aesthetics with practical photo/video editing skills, this is your place to shine.

Responsibilities

• Brand-Led Visual Design
• Champion Hyatt Centric’s visual identity and brand guidelines, ensuring all materials across the hotel (F&B, Rooms, Sales, Events, and HR etc.) maintain a cohesive, high-quality aesthetic.
• Create engaging marketing and operational artwork, including dining menus, promotional flyers, event packages, signage, and internal communications.
• Work closely with the culinary and F&B teams to design artwork for seasonal menus, chef collaborations, and promotional campaigns that highlight each outlet\'s unique personality.
• Multimedia Content & Editing
• Edit, color-correct, and format visual media into high-performing assets for social media platforms, website banners, digital displays, and email marketing etc.
• Produce engaging digital graphics, motion assets, and digital signage that capture attention and drive guest engagement.
• Organize and curate the hotel\'s digital asset library, ensuring all imagery and videos are up to date and on-brand.
• Production & Project Management
• Prepare accurate, print-ready files and coordinate with external vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure material quality, color accuracy, and timely delivery.
• Partner with internal teams to understand project briefs, commercial objectives, and delivery timelines.
• Conduct regular site checks on-property to ensure printed collateral, digital screens, and signage are flawlessly presented and up-to-date.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field, with professional design experience (hospitality and lifestyle brands preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Demonstrated photo editing, retouching, and video editing skills (using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools).
• Strong command of typography, composition, color theory, menu hierarchy, and layout design.
• Meticulous eye for detail regarding layout alignment, print specifications, spelling, and pricing accuracy.
• A passionate, proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic marketing environment, handles feedback well, and manages multiple projects against deadlines.
• Hands-on camera skills to shoot on-property lifestyle content, F&B dishes, or short promotional clips will be a plus.
• Understanding of current hospitality, lifestyle, and social media trends in Hong Kong.
