Job summary

Welcome Construction Company Limited in Kowloon Bay invites applications for a Graduate Engineer to support project development, research and technical tasks. You will work with experienced engineers and gain exposure to maintenance projects while developing professional competencies.

The role leads into the HKIE Graduate Engineer Training Program (Scheme “A”) with emphasis on communication, independence and responsibility in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills with a mature and collaborative mindset.
• HKIE Graduate Engineer Training Program (Scheme "A") arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of maintenance projects under guidance.
• Monitor site progress to ensure site activities align with Programme.
• Enforce site safety and environmental control measures in compliance with company policy and statutory requirements.
• Maintain site records and prepare daily site reports.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site staff to optimize workflow and meet project milestones.
• Handle ad-hoc duties and assignments directed by supervisor.
