Job summary

CR Construction Company offers a two-year HKIE Engineering Graduate Scheme A Training (BS) on-site, focusing on building services installation. You will supervise sub-contractors and coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure quality and progress.

Responsibilities include on-site coordination, production of CSD/CBWD/CRCP, and BIM/AutoCAD drafting. Strong English and Chinese communication, leadership and proactive attitude are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services Engineering required.
• Graduate Member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Undertake in a two years HKIE Engineering Graduate Scheme A Training (BS) in the Company.
• Manage and supervise sub-contractors on site for execution of building services installation.
• Coordination and production of CSD, CBWD, CRCP.
• Coordination and monitor site activities, including progress, installation workmanship, T&C.
• Coordinate with clients, architect, consultant, sub-contractors, utilities undertakers, government departments and client, etc.
