Job summary

Pragmatike is seeking a Server Engineer in Hong Kong to test and validate GPU/HPC servers across factory floor and test lab. You will own quality control for server builds, sign off on hardware readiness, and ensure robust test procedures before deployment, working closely with manufacturing partners in English and Mandarin.

The role requires hands-on hardware testing, strong Linux, firmware knowledge, and experience with CUDA/NCCL stacks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on GPU/HPC server testing and validation, not just operation.
• Strong Linux at system and hardware level.
• Firmware/BIOS/UEFI, BMC/IPMI, GPU firmware knowledge.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA stack: drivers, CUDA, NCCL; benchmarking multi-GPU systems.

Responsibilities

• Own quality control across manufacturing sites on the factory floor.
• Run hardware test lab: bring-up, validation and stress testing of server builds.
• Oversee assembly and end-to-end testing of GPU servers before deployment.
• Define and maintain test procedures, acceptance criteria and QC checkpoints.
