Job summary

Howden Private Wealth in Hong Kong seeks a client service professional to handle annual policy reviews and inquiries. You will own requests, coordinate with consultants and bankers, and ensure records align with our service proposition.

The role emphasizes relationship building with clients and stakeholders, proactive planning of activities, and delivering reliable, accurate information. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required, with MS Office and Chinese typing proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in customer service.
• Ability to multi-task, strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and conduct the Customer Policy Annual Review, following up requests from customers and internal departments to ensure quality and efficient service deliverables.
• Take ownership of the requests / queries; handholding of cases / coordinating / making decisions where necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders (Consultants, bankers and clients) and proactively plan activities to strengthen banker relationships.
• Continue to cultivate existing business relationships with clients or other outside entities.
• Create methods to obtain new clients and bring potential clients into the fold.
• Deal with general and technical queries through telephone calls and emails received.
• Ensure information provided is updated, accurate and aligns with the proposition and services.
• Demonstrate effective teamwork in own team and across the business.
• Provide contingency supports to Policy Administration Team, including preparation of policy review materials.
