Ant International seeks a senior strategist to lead market entry and partnership structuring across jurisdictions while coordinating with treasury, legal, and product teams to design terms that align incentives with partners and the platform.

You will drive cross-border financing strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure smooth integration of APIs, data flows, and servicing protocols in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Investment Banking (FIG), Structured Finance, Treasury expert or Corporate Development within a Fintech/Lending business.
• Experience in fintech or lending environments.
• Ability to craft flexible, partner-centric deal terms and structures.

Responsabilités

• Lead groundwork for entering new jurisdictions by identifying local financial institutions and designing collaborative frameworks.
• Craft flexible deal structures with legal and product teams to align incentives between our platform and local partners.
• Support term sheet negotiations focusing on revenue models, cost of funds, and operational workflows.
• Manage relationships with partners from initial engagement to live operations, ensuring API/data flow integration and servicing protocols.
