Job summary

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant with 5 to 6 years of experience.
• Experience in a Big Four accounting firm or financial institution.
• Strong background in transactions advisory or execution support.
• Experience in funds, asset management, or private equity industries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in a second Asian language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support deal execution and onboarding for acquisitions and asset management.
• Engage with financial advisors and review due diligence reports.
