Responsibilities include designing differentiated controls for diverse markets, improving decisioning performance, and leading incident reviews. Strong SQL/Python skills and 5+ years in fintech risk are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years in risk control for cross-border payments/fintech.
• Experience designing risk controls for onboarding, monitoring, and fraud prevention.
• Proficient in SQL or Python/R for strategy analysis and performance evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Own risk control strategy framework across B2B cross-border payments and VCC card issuance scenarios.
• Lead risk-control solution design and tailor controls to markets (Africa, Latin America, Southeast Asia, Europe, US).
• Optimize risk rule engines and model decisioning; track hit rate, false positives, and manual review rate.
