Job summary

Our Client in Hong Kong seeks a globally focused Packaging Leader to define and execute the packaging strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans across regions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive portfolio growth, sustainability initiatives, and regulatory compliance, while partnering with sourcing, operations, quality, and supply chain to deliver scalable, innovative packaging solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, Materials Science, Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership experience in packaging, product management, sourcing, or business development.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, and supplier management.
• Experience driving product-line or category strategies on regional/global scales.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global packaging strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market plans.
• Drive portfolio growth, category expansion, product lifecycle management, and innovation initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activities to identify opportunities.
• Develop scalable packaging solutions addressing customer needs while driving commercial success.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across regions.
• Oversee end-to-end product development from concept through rollout and qualification.
• Collaborate with sourcing, operations, quality, and supply chain for successful execution.
• Improve efficiency through standardisation and supplier performance management.
• Support acquisition assessments, integration activities, and portfolio alignment.
