Job summary

Nex is seeking a Publishing Operations Coordinator in Hong Kong to support global game publishing and marketing localisation across Nex Originals and licensed IPs. You will ensure marketing assets are localised, approved, delivered, and deployed across markets, working with localisation vendors, legal, and design teams.

This role involves cross-functional coordination, CMS deployment, and reporting to improve workflows and ensure timely game releases across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong project coordination or project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, deadlines, and changing priorities.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail, particularly when managing assets, approvals, version control, and schedules.
• Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with teams such as creative, design, copywriting, localisation, legal, product, engineering, marketing, or external partners.
• Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly across a global team.
• Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of follow-ups, and proactively resolving ambiguity or operational blockers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a practical and process-oriented approach.
• Availability to collaborate across Hong Kong and US Pacific Time working hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end publishing-side localisation for marketing assets.
• Manage localisation workstreams for assets including copy, art, logos, store assets.
• Collaborate with managers, linguists, vendors, designers, legal, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead internal approvals including legal clearance and brand review.
• Maintain asset records and distribute localised assets to teams.
• Support publishing project schedules, milestones, and status updates.
• Assist CMS content deployment and monitoring.
• Prepare localisation progress reports and dashboards.
• Identify risks and escalate issues before crises.
