Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Hong Kong invites you to join as a Product Supply Manager early in your career. You will rotate across demand planning, customer logistics, and operations planning to gain end-to-end supply chain exposure.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and 3PL partners, develop forecasting and distribution strategies, and ensure on-time delivery. The role offers mentoring, training, and a pathway to broader responsibilities within the HK/SZ/MA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 0–3 years of work experience after graduation.
• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Demand Planning: Monitor and analyze product performance and forecast under different scenarios.
• Customer Logistics Management: Collaborate with customers' supply chain to improve cash and cost and lead order management.
• Operation and Planning Management: Lead international shipment and develop distribution strategies for HK/SZ/MA region.
