Job summary

You will lead cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Operations to develop and implement business plans, optimize distribution, pricing and merchandising, and deliver superior joint value for key accounts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer-/category-centric data analysis to create growth strategies for channel growth and value.
• Develop, sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or exceed company goals.
• Manage and improve distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising for optimal retail environments.
• Develop sustainable relationships with key customer contacts and drive joint value creation.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations, and others to craft strategies and plans.
• Manage resources to implement channel x category strategies with an efficiency mindset.
