Job summary

OKX is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Physical Security Operations to lead and strengthen our worldwide physical security programs. You will translate security strategy into practical measures, coordinate across regions, and manage risks and incidents with sound judgment.

Reporting to the Director of Physical Security, you will oversee executive protection, travel security, assessments, threat intelligence, and incident response, while aligning with security standards and business continuity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in corporate or physical security fields.
• Experience coordinating security operations across locations.
• Strong analytical skills and operational judgment.
• Experience developing security programs, SOPs, and emergency procedures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to operate across cultures, time zones, and jurisdictions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and training.

Responsibilities

• Global Security Operations: support and improve strategies, policies and programs across regions.
• Executive Protection and Travel Security: plan risk-based protective measures for executives.
• Physical Security Assessments: conduct risk reviews of offices and facilities.
• Protective Intelligence and Threat Assessment: monitor geopolitical developments and mitigate risks.
• Event and Corporate Security: plan security for conferences and major engagements.
• Incident Response and Crisis Preparedness: lead response during incidents and improve procedures.
• Security Vendor Management: oversee third-party providers and vendor performance.
• Security Technology and Program Improvement: enhance threat monitoring and reporting.
