Responsabilidades

• Provides leadership and strategic guidance on physical security for HKEX facilities, assets, staff and visitors.
• Develops and implements security policies, standards and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
• Oversees security operations, vendor management and budget adherence across HKEX sites.
• Coordinates with external agencies (notably the Hong Kong Police) for incident response and emergency management.
• Delivers security training and simulations to raise preparedness and response capabilities.
• Collaborates with risk, IT and audit teams on security-related risk management.
