Job summary

JPC Texson Ltd, with offices across Hong Kong and China, seeks a senior security leader to safeguard assets and oversee robust loss prevention across a high-security manufacturing environment.

The role drives a proactive security culture, manages guard forces, and ensures compliance with health, fire safety, and incident response protocols. Strong leadership and multilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Security Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Substantial experience in commercial loss prevention, physical security management, or related disciplines.
• Experience in banks, luxury goods, luxury auction houses, or multinational security companies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security operations across designated protection zones within the facility.
• Oversee high-value material movements: tracking, documentation, and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Support investigations, internal audits, and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities.
• Manage and optimize guard force performance: training, scheduling, evaluation.
• Establish opening/closing/silent-hours security procedures.
• Coordinate health, fire safety, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external security partners and law enforcement.
• Develop and maintain business continuity and crisis management plans.
• Prepare and present regular security reports and KPIs to senior management.
• Occasional travel to Mainland China for site visits may be required.
