Job summary

TAIT Towers Asia Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our onsite technical team and ensure successful project delivery in Hong Kong. You will balance business and client needs, coordinate scheduling, and manage day-to-day operations to hit milestones and margins.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 10+ years of large-scale project installations, and willingness to travel internationally to shipyards and construction sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years leading large scale project installations.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work extended periods onsite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite scheduling and resource deployment to meet milestones and budget constraints.
• Coordinate transition from installation to operational handover with documentation, training, and client handholding.
• Maintain successful onsite project operations and efficient working procedures to deliver top-quality service.
• Lead daily stand ups, toolbox talks, and wrap-up meetings to align team on status and direction.
• Serve as primary onsite liaison with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and site owners.
• Ensure subcontractors and vendors meet contractual, quality, and safety obligations.
• Create a unified, productive, high-performance work environment.
• Manage local accommodations and logistics in line with budget and local regulations.
• Update and maintain technical and team schedules, monitor hours to prevent overruns.
• Maintain reporting on site progress, financials and project risks for stakeholders.
