Job summary

HKEX Summer Internship Programme offers interns a unique experience in global markets, with opportunities to learn, develop new skills, take on direct responsibility for work and projects, and be part of a fun and ambitious team at the heart of global markets. The programme runs from June to August for up to 10 weeks.

We seek penultimate-year students who meet GPA criteria, have commercial awareness, and possess strong ownership, analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent English

Qualifications

Penultimate-year students graduating between Sep 2027 and Jul 2028 from any degree discipline.
Minimum GPA of 3.5 out of 4.0, Second Class Honours (Upper Division) or equivalent.
Demonstrate commercial awareness and an interest in global financial markets.
Strong ownership, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Adaptable, open-minded and eager to embrace new challenges.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Learn and contribute to projects across HKEX divisions.
Gain practical on-the-job experience in global markets.
Collaborate with professionals across HKEX teams to understand market dynamics.
