Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited in Hong Kong seeks a project manager to plan, organize, coordinate and execute system and financial product projects within the Global Markets Department. You will liaise with Technical teams and external vendors to drive system development and incident resolution.

The role requires a bachelor degree and at least 3 years’ banking experience, plus strong English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Economics or IT
• At least 3 years’ experience in banking and familiar with treasury products and systems
• Good PC operation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Take a role of project manager to plan, organize, coordinate and execute system or financial product projects
• Coordinate with Technical department, external vendors and related entities for system development, enhancement or incident cases/ project
• Handle system procurement and expenditure matters for the Global Markets Department
• Participate in treasury system users and parameter management.
• Facilitate and manage UAT environment as well as perform UAT with end users, responsible for arranging users training and reviewing procedure by the end of the project life cycle
• Follow up on tasks assigned by Team Head
