Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sourcing & Merchandising Lead to manage global product assortment for EU and APAC markets. Reporting to the Sourcing Director, SDA, you will oversee daily sourcing, vendor management, costing, development, and mass production follow-up.

You will collaborate with factories and QA, drive market analysis, manage raw material planning, ensure quality and timely deliveries, and travel frequently to China for supplier engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, procurement and market analysis.
• Strong knowledge of product development and production processes.
• Established network of vendor partnerships for a small kitchen appliance brand.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Sourcing & merchandising operations including costing, vendor sourcing, product development and mass production follow-up.
• Conduct market research and generate ideas for product line-ups.
• Familiar with EU safety and chemical standards on kitchen appliance items.
• Foster positive working relationships with teammates and cross-functional teams.
• Identify challenges and propose effective solutions with timely follow-ups at production stages.
• Collaborate with factories, QA and engineering teams to guarantee quality and delivery.
